Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 5.0 Every time I go to this house I meet a new guy who was just as cool/cooler then the one I met the previous time. Awesome people, real conversations, good parties, and great memories. Love this place

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 2.9 Ahhhhh, the ultimate “Apartment Fraternity.” Sigma Phi Epsilon has always been known as the snob house with guys who pretend to be nice, but are judgements D-Bags. SigEp is dry locally and nationally. Their house doesn’t have heating or air conditioning since it’s 80 years old and hasn’t been renovated in long time. Also, it is known as the “Shoebox” since it doesn’t event look like a traditional frat. Sadly, they are losing their house in a demolition since they want a new one, but they won’t have a new one put up for another 2 years. As it is, the blueprints are very similar and there is nothing unique about the new house. Their PC ‘19-20 is going to have a lot of struggles to go through.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.2 This house has one of the best balances in the entire Greek System. Know how to have a good time, but still very academically driven and extremely nice. They definitely don’t throw the largest parties but 100% would pick their house over pretty much any other due to how great they are to connect with.

Every time I go over I have a great time, fun guys and respectful! They know how to throw down and my friends and I love their rooftop. Would never be able to tell these guys are a dry house.
