The guys in the house are super sweet and nice. They have amazing parties and have a nice house. Definitely an underrated house, more people should go there and see how great the guys are.

Basically a worse D Chi. (Had a great spring last year due to unfortunate circumstances at D Chi last year) The rest of the year they are just kind of eh. The fact that they are known as phi pools is kind of telling. Without the pool they are kind of forgettable.
