Nice, clean house, and they have a pool, which is is perfect for a place where 9 months out of the year, no one wants to swim. Uh, they have a pool . . . . Have you seen the pool? They would rank higher as a sorority.

Literally a rape house, rushees and girls stay away. Toxic culture. Only significant thing about them is their pool and they can't even use it for half the year.
