Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.8 Obviously one of the best social houses. Gets voted down because other houses wish they could party in their backyard all of the time. This years PC is a lot better than last years and it looks like they are headed in the right direction with the guys they have been rushing.

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.2 No one even frequents this site anymore and its become overrun by bottom/middle tier houses trying to bash other houses. The real story about this is house is that the probably party the hardest behind sigma chi and maybe tekes. Fratty house that is good at sports but not the best at grades. Upper middle.
