Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.4 Top house because the guys are cool well rounded guys, whereas others are only popular because they party hard. The friends I have in this house are not your typical "frat" guy but they all still have just as much fun if not more than your friendly neighborhood alcoholics (Tkes, Sig Chi, Betas)

Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 3.2 I didn't rush this house, but I'm glad I didn't. Rush chairs that gave the tour were extremely snobby; unless you were good looking and white. I had a friend that tried to go to their rush event that was told to go home cause they said "he wouldn't fit in". Dbags.
