Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.6 Surprisingly good in grades/in the classroom but manage to pull off insane parties with top houses. Definitely top 5 party house and one of the only houses that can actually do well in school

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 4.6 AEPi has been consistently a top fraternity house since I have been at UW. The guys are super genuine and care about each other. Always host great parties and it's always a chill, exciting, and welcoming atmosphere.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University of Washington Seattle - UW 1.0 Girls party with them for the wrong reasons. Drink all of the alcohol and then leave to go to other houses for parties. Have been a few times, not very fun and the guys are unattractive.
