All around best house I've seen. Whoever said this house is disgusting is crazy. They like to keep it clean for the ladies. These guys literally have a chill to pull ratio of 5:5. Not to mention a badass house.

lower middle tier, they participate in big stuff but dont party very much. lots of girls with boyfriends. i have seen one help a girl from another sorority home when she was too drunk, so they seem really nice.
