Theta's are top tier, and by the extreme amount of comments left on their page in relativity to the other sororities it is ridiculous that this is even a question. Theta's are an all around classy, educated, fun group of girls. They are constantly on top for grades, and participate in many philanthropies. They are a great house, and people should work on getting to know them before they judge, as with every other house.

House is full of great guys and the strong brotherhood between them all is highly noticeable. The house itself is dirtier than most frats I have seen, but when you work hard you should play just as hard so its understandable. They are immersed in true Greek Culture so they have a superlative social status and regarded as Top Tier amongst the Greek community. Cant forget about the parties, they host some of the best parties which in turn brings the best sororities. Sigma Chi is TopDog.
