Overall this house is well balanced. Most of the members are pretty athletic and played varsity sports in high school. They put a lot of emphasis on grades, but love to party as well. "Work hard, play hard," although cheesy, is a great way to sum up the way members live during college. They generally treat girls well. Lastly, they have a strong alumni base in the business community in Seattle and use that to get great internships and jobs.

Sigma Phi Epsilon is a great fraternity. Their direct goal is to build balanced men. Not to mention they don't partake in the pledging program so that the classes become more separated. They throw excellent parties, they're a very responsible house, and are known on campus as the "Gentleman Frat". SigEps is a great house to join if you're looking to excel in life. Spring quarter 2012, SigEps was ranked number one in GPA for the Greek system with a house average of 3.46.

Definately in the top 5, way better than Kappa. Gorgeous, natural beauty type girls who are super fun and still get great grades. What's not to love about this house?
