Looking at the recent ratings, seems like other frats are feeling threatened by them? I've been over for some of their bbqs and they have a lot of cute and funny guys. Definitely on the rise, they just need more parties!!

Up and coming house for sure. After construction is over the house will look really nice. Oh and their cats are pretty funny.
