I had an amazing winter rush experience at Theta Chi. All of their members are extremely friendly and welcoming. On top of this, they were all super easy to get along and become friends with. They manage to have a full social calendar but still focus on the other things that matter. Definitely a great house for anyone that is looking into the Greek system.
Theta Dry alley parties are super lit. Lots of stoners, too many try-hard GDI's who didnt make it in an actual frat
Great house! Honestly my favorite frat to hang out in, all the guys are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone i’ve met there has been upstanding and had depth to them. All the brothers seem to have a good amount of respect for one another and they keep each other going. May be a dry frat but definitely a fun time.

As the only truly dry house on campus it's amazing how popular they are and how full their social calendar is. Sororities seem to like going to a party there, perhaps because they won't be bothered by stupid drunks. They do like to party, but don't depend on alcohol to have a good time. Other fraternities also seem to like the atmosphere. . .no stupid drunks, so they team up for parties: biads, triads, etc. It also helps with the grades.

Bottom house that is also dry. Do I have to say more?

Dry house that focuses on academics and philanthropy, and to be fair they do very well in both areas compared to other houses. If you're looking to party this is not the house for you but if that's not important to you anyway then this house may be a good fit.
Needs to rush better this summer! Definitely has potential
Nice genuine men!!! But for some reason has an exceptionally messy house; despite not even being able to party in it.... known as Theta Dry for a reason
Overall amazing house. Love hanging out with these guys. They might be dry but they know how to throw down.
Best brotherhood on campus
