an actual ranking of fraternities?

Can someone please rank all the fraternities at VCU? I'm going to be going there in the fall and none of these rankings seem to be accurate.

Delta Chi definitely throws the best parties, but Theta Chi is rising and throws awesome parties, too. Sisters always go back and forth between the two. Pike's parties are just a lot of standing around and talking. Fiji is rising but still too young to tell.
