Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 4.2 I'll give credit where credit is due and say that SigEp has recruited well consistently the past 2 years especially in the fall. Yeah they don't pledge but that doesn't mean they just hand out bids, it's still pretty selective. The guys are really chill and I've never had a problem with any of them

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 2.8 The biggest issue with Sig Ep is that they have no pledge process. iniation happens almost immediately after bids. This means many things but mostly that they're kind of soft, lots of people drop, and they'll probably never rise past the middle
