Kappa Delta Rho - ΚΔΡ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 4.4 These guys threw some of the best parties of the new school year so far, they’re definitely doing a lot better than last year. Their brothers seem to actually like each other and they do a lot of philanthropy. Could definitely see them rising the ranks this year, already passed Fiji
