No juniors ever go through recruitment, let alone get bids.
You're best bet would be to do informal rush in the fall. I think only Pi Phi is doing it, but if you wanted to try for them, they often take some juniors during informal!

it's just very, very unlikely. Even sophomores have trouble during recruitment :/
