letters of rec/ legacy?

Do letters of recommendation matter at Villanova? Should I get girls in sororities at different schools to write me one? Or girls at Villanova? Does legacy matter? HELLPPP

Don’t get them we don’t look at them. Legacy if it’s your mom changes when you get dropped if a sorority is droppin you
