It makes me sad how LXA had potential but they are still a group of wierdos. Their house is small, parties can be okay but they got into a lot of trouble as of late that makes them really sketchy. I would NOT go here, I know i'm not anymore

Everywhere you go this fraternity is among the top houses on campus. Villanova is no different. Their top national Presence alone assures them of always being in the mix. If not last year three next. The top national fraternities are always good bets to be well represented on campuses and lambda chi alpha isnas good a national fraternity as there is.

Uh what how much money can u pay to have good self rankings on here tiers don't change just bc some clueless freshmen go to ur parties doesn't mean anything

Firstly it's Lambda Chi not LXA lol but they're genuine dudes and they're house is new and dope and so far have thrown ragers. Once they do more on campus they'll rise within the mid tier

They definitely need to be more involved on campus, but the guys are all chill. Been to their new house, and it's pretty good. Dudes love to smoke, and their newest pledge class is awesome.

Unfortunately this frat is not very well known on campus and you don't hear much about them at all. Probably nice guys but there aren't many of them.

Just bottom. Weird, small parties, try hard, and irrelevant

Definitely moving up. Great pledge class this semester, parties have been better than in the past. Just need to get more involved.
