Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Utah State University - USU 5.0 Great guys who are all involved on campus. They do a lot of philanthropy work and being on the outside of things I can tell these gentlemen have a great bond. It's clear they are solid guys who respect others and know the meaning of what a fraternity is supposed to be.
