They got a pledge class of like 20 my freshman year and 99% of them dropped. One of the brothers said the chapter "feels like a book club". The amount of women who have felt uncomfortable at their parties this past semester is crazy don't rush there

Really cool chapter with a bunch of chill guys. Seen them around campus and they are always welcoming and friendly to everyone they encounter.

I used to be a big supporter of Kappa Alpha Theta. Then one of my friends joined and they completely did a 180. They restrict what people post and the social media is filtered and forced. I thought I wanted to join until I saw the way they treated my friend who was a pledge. I heard they were supposed to be the “nice” and “drama free house” but that couldn’t be farther from the truth.

This used to be known as the safe house but four of my friends have been SA by the same person. I went to the higher ups and they said they would take care of it but he seems to still have a position in the house and nothing has mattered. If I could tell people one thing about Alpha Sig: stay away.

Not a great scene for social life. The basement is small, and they do not have good member retention. Decent nice guys, but nothing impressive. Most members are swimmers or random. My sister said they were a really fun house 6 years ago when she was here, so hopefully, they can get back up to their old standard.

Chi Phi is so much fun! The guys are super friendly and like to throw a lot of parties. Their basement just gets too hot, and the music can be ok at times, but overall one of my favourite places to go. House has the best safety for girls. Super involved but not outstanding in looks. A great place for non-affiliated students to have a good fraternity party experience!

They have great parties if you can get in... they did not let in some of my guy friends because of a ratio issue. They have a mix of super great and not-so-friendly guys, so my interactions are mixed. Cool basement vibes just wished they were more inclusive. They have the strongest relationship with Tri delt which tends to be the best-looking sorority, so as a non-top tier house, we were treated not on the same level, but generally, they are nice. They have some of the best-looking guys too which is a shame they do not throw down more.

Rapidly declined in the past 3 years. Bullied a lot of members out of the chapter. Super weird mix of members in the chapter, some really cool others weird
