Average guys, some hotties. Safe house to be at as far as not feeling creeped out, or preyed upon. Chill atmosphere. Brotherhood aspect is interesting. Kind, and caring. Far walk but worth it.

The girls in Theta are very proud of their accomplishments, and they love their sisters like no other. While it may seem cliquey, their sisterhood is strong. Even so, they don't shut out their friends that are in other organizations (or unaffiliated). Smart, funny girls. Strong presence on campus and a good time.

The girls I know in DZ are super involved and always seem sincerely into what they're doing... theater, campus activity planning, classes, etc. and on top of that they are so nice!! The sisterhood also seems really strong!
