Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of Texas at San Antonio - UTSA 2.5 Remember FIJI as being better than they are now at UTSA. Past year or 2 their new members are goofy as hell. Kinda gives peaked in high school and couldn’t have a chance at a top house at any SEC school.
