Here's the proper, maybe even non-biased, rating for this "fraternity," at UTEP. The stepping away from homecoming and Greek Week champions severely hurt this "on the decline " frat, as they get worse in recruitment and become more desperate. Zero community service and zero philanthropic involvement has propelled them from a greek organization to that of a simple party crew you remember from high school. I don't hate greeks, I simply hope for better quality fraternities. These guys don't cut it.

These negative comments are absolutely ridiculous! Phi Delt is three times larger than every other fraternity at UTEP, has the best parties, rushes the best men, and leaves the low tier no bids to the other frats. They raise nearly 20k a year for their philanthropy, and won both homecoming AND Greek Week. Let's be real here!
