Comment:  These negative comments are absolutely ridiculous! Phi Delt is three times larger than every other fraternity at UTEP, has the best parties, rushes the best men, and leaves the low tier no bids to the other frats. They raise nearly 20k a year for their philanthropy, and won both homecoming AND Greek Week. Let's be real here!
