Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Dallas - UTD 1.0 There is nothing Top House about these guys. They do nothing, throw goes to hell, then go back to doing nothing. People only join this fraternity because of how many members they have. What a joke. All of the other Fraternities except maybe Delts are better.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Dallas - UTD 5.0 Were already good before but they've gotten even better this semester. Solid PC, excellent PR, well-rounded guys, and great parties. Blows all the other fraternities out of the water.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Dallas - UTD 2.8 A few cool guys, but most of them just seem like geeds; cargo shorts, longboards, and e-cigs. They throw a few good parties every now and then but that's it. A lot of try hards too like that Andrew guy. Mid to bottom tier overall.
