They aren't what they used to be and I think that they've lowered their standards. Basically, they used to have a lot of high quality guys and now they have people that scare you away. They sent out brouchures to dorms and apartments all throughout campus, talk about being desperate..

Can't change your opinion on their current guys, but they're definitely not desperate. Sending out rush flyers was a way to attract guys to rush events, but they only gave out a handful of bids, and ended up dropping half of their pledges who weren't up to par.

You're just backpedaling, the original ranking is right. Chi Phi has so many guys that can't even speak to a woman, all I can remember is a mixer as a new member with their guys and all we did was awkwardly watch a movie... Can't exactly say I've tried to make it to many mixers after that
