Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Dallas - UTD 5.0 absolutely lovely. They support their philanthropy well. And are very social. I don’t normally rate on here. But had to today. With the constant negativity. If the worst thing about them is an individual pays to remove negativity that is quite alright. Individuals are on this site. And not too many thankfully. Individuals, not chapters. Just like I won’t blame the person below’s chapter for their rotten actions. And it nonsense anyway. Common sense says if that is true, those comments would not be there to read. Just a sad individual trying to mislead and sway PNMs during recruitment. All thes sororities are great at UTD.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Dallas - UTD 3.2 They are very nice guys to hang around and have a great brotherhood. Less big parties and more small kickbacks. Great dudes to have as friends but a mid-level fraternity

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Dallas - UTD 2.9 The best of the mid-tier frats. Throws 2 big parties per year but that pretty much sums it up. Recent pledge classes have been iffy. Highest GPA of all the frats (doesn’t say much, but still an accomplishment).

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Dallas - UTD 4.7 This frat used to be amazing. The brothers were social And fun to be with and were just crazy. Especially their fall 19 class I don’t know if they just wanted smart people or were desperate. But chi phi has definitely taken a down hill turn with these classes and I’m unsure if Chi Phi will ever be the same again.
