If you're from Tennessee, most big city girls go into recruitment with 6 sororities in mind. These are Tri delt, aopi, chi o, Adpi, KD, and phi mu. From the major cities, girls usually want these specific sororities/sororities usually fight for girls from these towns:

Nashville- Kd, phi mu, adpi
Memphis- Tri delt, chi o, kd
Knoxville- Adpi, chi o, Tri delt
Chattanooga- Aopi, chi o, kd

Obviously, girls from these cities join all different sororities at UT. A lot of girls from these cities don't even consider these six because they want to branch out from high school and join a sorority that takes more out of state girls, like dz, kappa, and axo. It all depends on what you're looking for.
