Not in that order, but other than snu these are definitely the top chapters.

Sig ep - hottest guys
Kappa sig - strongest alcohol - becareful with their hunch punch
Snu - everyone pregames there before going officially "out" for the night. Around 11 or 12 it already clears up
Phi sig - hot guys, that is all.
ATO - fun nice guys. They have the best parties
Dtd - either hit or miss. You like them or hate them - not known for looks but really good take home guys
SAE - people seem to really like them
Lambda chi - not big at all, lots of alpha males
Pong - kicked off but still have parties
Sigma chi - everyone stops here to socialize
