Time to Take KD off Their Throne

Let’s be real—Kappa Delta has been riding their “top-tier” status for too long, and it’s time to finally call them out. Sure, they’ve got the polished social media and all the “we’re so involved” posts, but when it comes down to it, KD’s reputation doesn’t match the hype anymore.
They’ve been acting like they’re untouchable, but the truth is, their alum influence is the only thing keeping them at the top. We’re all tired of seeing the same old faces from the past trying to pull strings behind the scenes. KD has built their "top-tier" reputation off of alumni connections, not actual talent or work. The fact that they’re still relying on old-school alums to keep their name strong speaks volumes.
It’s 2025, and the rest of Greek life at UTK is stepping up. Other chapters are proving that being “top-tier” is about more than just the legacy and the connections—it’s about what you bring to the table now. Time to stop letting KD hide behind their alumni and show them that the game has changed.

This is really ridiculous. Someone just can’t let go of the fact they were dropped by KD. I was and I’m okay with them being top, and I’m in an upper mid sorority. Reality is all incoming girls want to be KD - and that’s okay. Everyone is so into ranks (it’s literally every other post on here) so someone has to be number 1. But I guess it’s only okay if it’s their own sorority. It’s time to let it go and drop your grudge because you were dropped by KD. Worry more about your sorority and less about trying to knock others down.
