Transferring into utk

I’m at another SEC school where ATO and Sigma Chi are good-top houses where I also have auto-bids. I’m currently a sophomore and would like to transfer to UTK my junior year, should I just rush one of these now, or wait until I arrive on campus in the fall. (Potentially might arrive in the spring of 2025)
