Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 1.5 Oki guys......I am confused about this frat. They seem to think they are "cool" now bc they have ATO's old house but they are weird and make me feel super uncomfy every time I'm around one or when they are out. One kept hitting on my guy friend Saturday night so I'm a bit confused on if they are a fruity frat or what. TBH did not even know who they were until the fruity member asked my GUY friend (who has a gf) to go back to their house on the row. Please get your fruity members under control ICK

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 3.4 Always loved my interactions with their members. They've been kinda irrelevant for the last two years due to their probation with the school. However, they just got onto row and off of probation and I've watched them grow and take great new member classes. Definitely could be top tier here in a few years. Overall, a great fraternity to rush.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 4.2 they did very good about keeping the rules and were pretty good about treating people with respect. I think they have learned there is consequence for their actions in life. How those consequence can effect them. I believe that these men have learned a lot in this school year so far and that they will keep improving. That they treated with me with respect. I think they deserve another chance.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 4.4 They had a decent spring pledge class and I’ve always had fun at their parties. They’re definitely growing and participated in a lot more campus events this year. Their new party house is a big upgrade too

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 1.0 By far one of the worst frats I’ve ever seen. Their parties look like middle school dances (If they even get girls), their events suck, and they’ll probably be gone by next semester. Their fall pledge class is all you have to go by with all the creeps in there. Can they go any lower?

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Tennessee at Knoxville - UTK 3.4 They only have like 2 active seniors so they are gonna grow fast the next couple of semesters. Small frat consistently placed as bottom tier but they have a strong brotherhood. Their party house for next year looks amazing compared to the one they have now on Forest ave.
