The Retreat needs to be taught a lesson.

The Retreat has not been very amazing lately and we should show that everyone including greek deserves to be treated better. They have been scamming and treating residents poorly for too long. Instead of doing giveaways for 5-star ratings fix our water and do things we actually need/want.
