Overrated Phi Delt and Sig Ep

Phi Delt has been lacking a bit but they still throw a lot of socials, have good relations, threw events, and did well in recruiting. Sig Ep were IM champions, threw events, did well in philanthropy, and also did well in recruiting. Who are these frats running circles around them? Sigma Chi and Pike are the only ones who can say they are better. Kappa Sig doesn’t do anything and they have a very limited amount of brothers, Alpha Sig lost half their chapter and went silent. I can’t think of any other chapters past Alpha Sig who are close enough to them to even compare. Could Phi Delt and Sig Ep be better? Yeah. But they both are good standing chapters here which is why they are ranked so high.
