Pike, kappa sig, and sig chi will have the three 24 person units. Alpha Sig has a 16 person unit. Not sure about the rest. People in Greek village are gonna be butthurt all year with all the amenities these frat boys get for living there and the possible joint parties they’ll be able to throw. Retreat has already spoken to the frats with 24 person units and said that they’ll try to ensure cops can’t come and shut down parties considering the majority of people who live in the retreat are in frats. #IFCIsBecomingGreatFinally

The only frats who are living there that actually have a house are pike sig chi and kappa sig
