sigma pi is top tier

Sigma Pi has been on the rise and I would say they are now top tier. They did great on philanthropies and IMs. They also threw one of the best darties on campus. I'd say they're top now ahead of SNU and Pike but still behind PhiDelt and SigChi. Wouldn't be surprised if they're on top by the beginning of Fall.
