Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.8 Duh top seed in the UGV (USF Greek Village). Dey raw azz fug at IMs, have the best GPA out of all chapters (3.14) and purty damn deeverse/ But with dat diversity you don't see dat close-knit brotherhood you signed up for and they have pocket group cliques you can clearly see in da house. Like duh smart kids, jocks and the kids who just stay just cuz they top tier and all dat. But all in all, dey chill and I'm damn glad to call deez men my brothers.... or atleast the ones in duh house.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 4.6 Easily a top house, if not THE top house. Athletic, intelligent, and ambitious. A mix of southern and soflo gentlemen. Probably the only fraternity men you'll see in the gym. I've hungout with these boys a lot this past semester, they're great and so much fun. Never a dull moment that's for sure. Definitely recommend rushing these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Easily a top house, if not THE top house. Athletic, intelligent, and ambitious. A mix of southern and soflo gentlemen. Probably the only fraternity men you'll see in the gym. Although there are some "Northern bro-ey" type people within the fraternity, it is mostly guys that are changing this image. Most of their latest pledge class was white down to earth kids. As for popularity, definitely top house with no one to really compare. There's always girls and parties, and they still manage to keep their GPA highest on campus.
