Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 4.5 Had one of the best fall semesters out of all the fraternities. Are getting a 24 person unit at the retreat next year and will still have their off campus house for parties since most frat parties at the retreat get shut down
