Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 2.3 what Kappa Sig says to recruit guys? "Hey we uhhhmmm, well are grades arent that great, we don't really do well in IM's, we don't have a house, we have like 20 guys"....no offense, but the fact that they can get 5 guys a semester or what ever they get, shocks me.
