Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.4 These guys are new (and I rated based on that, sorry but you really can't be considered social or popular when you aren't fully there yet) but still they've been so incredibly nice to my sorority, shown up to all of our events, been real gentlemen to my sisters. I've heard over and over again how nice and genuine they are and I can't wait for them to get established because I wouldn't be afraid to go to a party these guys threw. Hopefully they'll stay and SAE will stay gone
