Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 3.2 no doubt delta chi is top tier but I don't know how. Sure their guys are hot but when you talk to them many come off very very douchey and think they're god's gift to earth. Their brotherhood very average, many of them fight each other and their parties are just very unorganized and very very boring compared to others.

Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 4.6 Visited from FSU and went a tailgate with Delta Chi anf it was one of the best I've ever been too. They had a mechanical bull on their lot!!
