Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of South Florida Tampa - USF 2.0 What's a Chi Phi? lol. All 10 of you guys are pretty nice! But c'mon, you call yourselves a fraternity? Get your name out there! We see you around campus less than the KD's, and that's saying something. (Sorry if I offend any KD's, but it's true.) You could probably be more popular if you tried.
