Pi phi doing cob???

Ayo no way like pi phi is doing cob, have their numbers really been that bad that they are taking girls in the spring? It dosent even look like adpi is doing spring recruitment, what’s going on in pi phi do that many girls really drop or did they not get enough girls to accept bids in the fall?
