They're still only "top tier" because of their past girls (talking like 4 years ago). Now all they do is party and reflect bad on greek life. Hopefully they'll make some serious changes because it wouldn't be hard to get back to the top. Falling quickly with pi phi as well.

They're still new and it's going to take time to establish themselves. In no way top tier, and a house wouldn't change that. Would definitely do better with one though. Excited to see them grow, very weird mix of girls though.

like most sororities at uvm there are some really hot girls here but there are weird ones mixed in. girls ive met r mostly nice and less catty then some and more then others

The AGR brothers are extremely hot, basically greek gods, but theres a few that are ehh. They throw the best parties, and i dont know one person who didnt have a good time there

They did awesome with recruitment this year. newest PC is super hot, minus a few duds like always. Very involved which is their strong suit. If they don't blow it they could do really well. I'd say they're almost up there with Piphi and AXO considering the other two haven't been doing great.
