Honestly, it's not as much as you would think. Fraternities are generally cheaper than Sororities and each house within those two categories offer different rates to their members. My particular house is on the lower range and it is totally do-able. My house also offers payment plans which allows you to pay smaller amounts throughout the semester instead of one large payment!
