Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of San Diego - USD 1.4 They are VERY new still so they definitely aren't anywhere near top house but they have definitely come out from below ADPi and aren't as bottom tier. There are a lot of cool girls but they aren't very social or involved or anything. They got a decent pledge class but it'll be years before they are anywhere near middle/top tier.
