Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 4.2 They are no longer top house, but I'd put them in the top three. Most girls would prefer to party with them because they are the best of all worlds. They're hot, more respectful than most guys, and are extremely funny. They have the best personalities out of all the frats. They're the only frat guys I'd ever date.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 2.0 Poor Phi Kap. They were an up and coming frat and have just completely fallen apart. The frattier guys that I know they want to take, all went Lambda or Fiji. On the other end, a number of the more involved guys they like go Beta. They are just picking up the rejects(assuming they don't go Delt). At this point, I don't even know what qualities would define them. They're basically going to have to reevaluate who they are, especially with a new fraternity on campus, or risk another bad year.

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 3.6 Phi kapps are the frattiest guys on campus. That being said, they definitely have the most douchbags and frat-heads. All of them will have liver problems when they're older. But, overall, a solid frat. They are the top of the middle frats, but they are not top house (yet, at least?).

Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of San Diego - USD 3.8 Meh, they're okay. A lot of phi kapps let their frattiness go straight to their heads. But I feel like they're teetering between middle and top house ranking, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
