Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Rochester - UR 3.3 Not sure why people seem to be giving them such a hard time. They give off a different vibe than the rest of the sororities- but i dont think its necessarily a bad thing. The majority seem to be down to earth and really unique. Fun to mix with and some cute girls
