The guys are all really cool and really love eachother (great brotherhood), definitely would say a top tier frat here with sig chi. Theta Chi is a great place to be but they could be a little more involved and try a little harder at mixers.

I was in this chapter, went down hill after my pledge class. Not sure what happened but we recruited a bunch of girls who were all losers in high school and now think they're really cool...

Let's admit it, these guys are pretty dank. Did you go to their Fire and Ice Party? That ice luge was INSANE. But honestly, if you know anything about this group of guys, they are super chill. Pub Nights are most Thursdays with some keg action. Asides from the general debauchery though, they have a solid group of brothers and an awesome set of new pledges. I see them quickly going places, especially since these dudes aren't your typical frat bro Fraternity.
