Theta is pretty good. Everyone is friendly, which is pretty good!!! I feel a strong connection with them. One thing sounds good to me is they have a good academic atmosphere and deeply involved with the activities around the campus and the communities.

Best 2017 spring pledge class, attractive brotherhood, mixers said to be medium quality but open parties best on UR campus, with DU suspended easily top fraternity on campus, gradually becoming more "fratty" but not sacrificing class or values, cliquey if you're not friends with them but easy to become friends, diverse minded group,
