top up and coming fraternity? help

I have heard that some of the new up and coming fraternities are FIJI, ATO, and SigEp. I want to rush a newer one next semester so I can join a smaller brotherhood and watch it develop into a large thriving fraternity. Which one do you guys think would be the best fraternity for me going forward. Thanks!

Joining a smaller brotherhood is definitely what some people want and theres nothing wrong with that, but it will probably take longer than your time at the school (4 years) for the frat to really become large, thriving, or "top tier" if you know what I mean. Especially because the top houses (Sig chi, Pi Kapp, etc) are already known and have been established for a while.

If you aren't looking for the biggest and best, look at Sigep most upside out of the three,
